about me
I’m an editor, content strategist, and digital leader with significant experience at premier U.S. publications in the health/wellness, pregnancy/parenting, and women’s lifestyle space.
I currently work full-time freelance. My byline has recently appeared in What to Expect, BabyCenter, Well+Good, Livestrong, Peloton’s The Output blog, Better Homes & Gardens, Travel + Leisure, and others.
Previously, I was the Executive Editor at What to Expect and BabyCenter (part of Everyday Health Group), two of the world’s best-known, most trusted pregnancy and parenting brands. In this position, I oversaw day-to-day editorial operations and content planning for both websites, focusing in particular on editorial strategy and growth.
I’ve also held editor positions at Health (Meredith Corporation), during which time I contributed regularly to Shape; All You magazine (a former women’s lifestyle title published by Time Inc.); and The Bump (a pregnancy and parenting website from The Knot Worldwide), covering everything from beauty to food to fitness.
I’m originally from Connecticut and have a bachelor’s degree in English Literature, Writing and Anthropology from Gettysburg College in Pennsylvania and a Certificate in Publishing from New York University. I lived in New York City for 12 years and recently relocated to Sydney, Australia with my husband and two sons.
